Directions	For Short-Term Diarrhoea (Adults & Children 12+): Take 2 capsules initially, followed by 1 capsule after each loose bowel movement. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24 hours. Use for up to 48 hours only. For IBS Diarrhoea (Adults 18+ only, diagnosed): Take 2 capsules to start, then 1 capsule after each loose stool. Maximum 6 capsules per 24 hours. Do not treat any single IBS attack for more than 48 hours. You may use it for up to 2 weeks for repeated attacks if advised by your doctor. Important: Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
