Directions Gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils. Remove the protective cap. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing several times until a fine mist appears. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray once while breathing in gently through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap. Dosage: One spray per nostril, up to 3 times per day. Do not exceed 3 applications per nostril in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
